Points to Note

• The helicopter lifts off from The Crescent, Palm Island, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
• Transfers are arranged only from hotels/residences located centrally in Dubai and from the airport
• A minimum of 4 persons are required for a private flight without transfers. A lone person can book a private tour as well
• In compliance with the local UAE Civil Aviation Authorization, every passenger is duly insured
• Every passenger shall have to furnish his/her passport or valid ID at the helipad area for checking in
• The helicopter shall take off only if the weather permits
• Consumption of any food or beverages or smoking is prohibited aboard the helicopter
• Pregnant women are allowed to fly only during their pregnancy’s first 32 weeks or at their own risk
• The route of the ride is subject to change depending on traffic control requirements or any other considerations related to safety or operations
• No responsibility shall be borne by the operators as far as those arriving late are concerned. Their bookings shall be canceled and no requests for refunds shall be entertained
• All bookings shall be confirmed by emails

Cancellation Policy

A 100% charge is applied if any cancellations are made. There’s no grace period offered.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years are allowed to fly for free as they are considered infants
• Children between 3 and 10 years old are charged at child rates as they are considered children
• Children above 10 years old are charged at regular rates since they are considered adults
