  • You are advised to wear clothes that you feel comfortable in. You should also wear only sports shoes or sneakers
  • You must be at least 12 years old. Those between 12 and 17 years of age must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians
  • The weight of female divers shouldn’t be more than 90 kilos and that of men should be less than 100 kilos
  • You must hear the instructions given out by the instructor carefully and abide by them
  • Pregnant women aren’t allowed to participate
  • You can’t carry any sharp objects, lighters, or alcohol
  • You can’t be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
