- With a Laguna waterpark ticket, your pick-up is included. You will be picked up from your hotels (if located in Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina) and will be dropped off at the location La Mer, Jumeirah, Dubai.
- If you are not staying at centrally located hotels as mentioned, you have to arrange your own transportation.
- The pick-up time is around 10:00 am if you opt for a pick-up facility.
- Timing and duration of Laguna waterpark- They are functional from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, which is around 8 hours.

No sharp object like a knife, needle, or scissors is allowed. Lighters, Alcohol, etc are not allowed inside the premises.
- All guidelines are being followed in regard to covid-19. Social distancing is exercised thoroughly everywhere in the waterpark.
- No one is allowed to enter without masks.
- Sanitization is advised from time to time.
- There are transport facilities to certain places only such as Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina, etc.
- Visitors can buy food from stalls and shops within the premises but no outside food is allowed inside.
- Every child below 13 years must be accompanied by an adult compulsorily.
- The minimum requirement of height is 120 cm to be eligible for the rides. Anyone below this height is not advised to take the water rides.
- You can confirm your pick-up timings after booking your package for the waterpark.
- Appropriate swimming costumes must be worn inside the waterpark to be able to take the water rides. No loose clothes or trailing gowns and dresses are allowed as they are not suitable underwater. In case you are not carrying swimwear, you can purchase one from the shops there.
- All the lifeguard instructions are mandatory to follow.
- There are complimentary life jackets available. You can take help from Lifeguards at any moment. They will assist you in need.
- You can rent a locker if you have some valuables to keep. This is not included in the ticket and has an additional charge.
- Laguna Waterpark remains closed on Mondays.

There are numerous options for traveling to Laguna Waterpark
- Bus- You can take a bus directly from the Dubai airport to Laguna waterpark. There are high frequencies of buses with two buses constantly running up and down. If you are traveling by bus no. 8, 9, 88, or c10, you need to get down at Century Plaza and then walk a few steps to reach the Laguna waterpark.
- Shuttle bus- Some centrally located hotels have pick-up and drop-off facilities included. If you are staying at any of those hotels, you can avail of this facility.
- Car- It’s the most convenient to travel by car there. Just enter the destination “La Mer” and drop off there to go to the waterpark.
