 Important Points to Note

• Shiekh Zayed Grand Mosque is not on the itinerary on Fridays
• Depending on the traffic conditions and your location, the shared transfers timings may be changed by 30 to 60 minutes
• Please adhere to the dress code when visiting places of worship like mosques or places of cultural importance like museums
• The service provider shall not be held responsible should any attraction be found to be non-operational or under maintenance on the day of the tour
• Guests are barred from carrying any food or beverages into the park
• The Scuderia Challenge, VIP Experience and Driving Experience are excluded from this package tour
• This package is available only on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays
• The Ferrari World is open from 12 pm to 8 pm every day

The Cancellation Policy

• There shall be no charges for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip
• There shall be a 100% charge if the cancellations are made within 24 hours of the scheduled trip
• If you’re found eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited to your account within 7 working days
